The sponge cakes can be flavored with your choice. They are made fresh to maintain a soft moist and light texture. They are split and spread with buttercream and completed with a generous layer of quailty raspberry or strawberry jam.
Chocolate Fudge Cakes
The chocolate cakes are always packed with as much chocolate as possible, this keeps them moist and guarantees a rich chocolate flavor. I split the chocolate cakes and layer them with pure buttercream that has been combined with chocolate.
The fruit cake recipe is second to none, with high quality dried fruit, real butter, dark sugar, and of course brandy, it will then be slow baked to keep its moisture which keeps all the flavour of the cake. I finish The cakes with marzipan and rolled sugar icing.
I offer a fruit cake bar for cutting up at night if you do not wish to incorporate fruit cake into your design.
